In reflecting upon this subject, several different definitions come to mind. First of all I think of all the subjects, which are traditionally, included as part of the college of Humanities. These subjects include: English, Foreign Languages, History, Art, Art History, Philosophy, Religion and Communications. When people think of depression and what can help treat it, the first thing that will often come to mind will be medication or antidepressants. Though medication can be an effective treatment, they are not a cure for depression and they are not the only treatment option for people suffering depression.
